Shipping policy

Order Processing

Each piece is carefully crafted just for you.

Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days due to the time required for personalization and production.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started.

Deliveries are made on business days only, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and selected international regions.

Availability may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Shipping to Remote Areas

In some cases, certain addresses may be classified as remote by the shipping carrier, which may result in an additional shipping fee.

If this occurs, we will contact you before shipping your order.

You may choose to:

  • Accept the additional charge
  • Cancel your order for a full refund, only if production has not started

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 6 to 15 business days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary due to external factors, carrier delays, weather conditions, high-demand periods, or local logistics.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 8 to 12 business days
  • Canada: 8 to 15 business days
  • Australia: 8 to 12 business days
  • Selected international regions: 10 to 15 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.

Tracking Number

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after shipment.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, we may offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Customs and Import Taxes

Delivery Issues

Shipping Address & Unclaimed Packages

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, failed deliveries, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is:

  • Not claimed
  • Not collected
  • Refused by the customer
  • Returned or destroyed by the carrier
  • Unable to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information

No refund will be issued.

If reshipping is possible, the reshipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
