Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are personalized and made just for you, all sales are final.

We only accept returns or provide replacements if the item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

In these cases, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to contact us and request a return or replacement.

Item Conditions

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Customer ordering mistakes
  • Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Other non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Hazardous materials

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your item is eligible due to damage, defect, or an incorrect item being received, we may provide a replacement.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If the return is approved because the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect, bumpglow will provide return instructions.

We do not provide prepaid return labels as standard.

Cancellations

Because each item is personalized and made just for you, orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
